Rainwater utilization
We store around 245,000 liters of rainwater in various systems for toilets, washing machines and irrigation. By distributing cisterns, we achieve nationwide flood protection and conservation of drinking water.

Monovalent; 2 x 27.50 kw electr. The heat energy is isolated from the hot water storage tank 60000 l – ran trouble-free for over 3 decades!!! (Heating costs: approx. 90 €/ month for 540 m²)

Energy screens
Hardly any use of CCC (chemical compressing agent for plants) thanks to the blue shade, energy saving through protection against radiant cold at night, storage of daytime heat by automatically closing the shades in good time in the evening (like a comforter)

Closed casting systems
Lowest water consumption, lower heating costs (less evaporation energy), maximum use of fertilizers and minimum use of pesticides thanks to the water cycle

Wind turbine
45 kw rated power, asynchronous, 36 m tower, simplest construction, the first turbine in South Westphalia; supplies more electricity than we need!

Gas heaters
With 100% heat utilization, exhaust gas is used for fertilization in the greenhouse (CO2), no nitrogen oxides, no acidification of soils and lakes

Biodiesel
Domestic rapeseed methyl ester was used for a few years in almost all construction machinery, trucks and cars.

Combined heat and power plant
11 kW electric for monovalent heating of my house; approx. 75 % heat + 35 % high-quality electricity (it’s fun to shower every morning!)

Firewood is used to heat 40% of the hot water for the underfloor heating in our company

Aspen 2 is a practical, ready-mixed alkylate gasoline for various small machines. Aspen’s own two-stroke oil has also been developed to have as little impact on the environment as possible.
